Elyse Dwyer presented at the 8th Linked Employer-Employee Data (LEED) Workshop

e61 Research Economist Elyse Dwyer presented her research on the gender pay gap at the 8th Linked Employer-Employee Data (LEED) Workshop hosted by Copenhagen Business School. Elyse and her coauthors investigate the role of firm pay-setting policies in the gender wage gap across different age groups and education levels. They find that firm payment policies account for much of the gender wage gap for people below 30 and for those with high ATARS.
