e61 NDIS and Disability Income Calculator

The e61 NDIS and Disability Income Calculator extends the e61 Workforce Disincentive Calculator to include payments for those with disability and those who provide care. This version incorporates a hypothetical NDIS means test, to show how such means testing would influence the work incentives of those who receive disability support. The calculator is current in beta version 0.61. Further development feedback would be appreciated.
